Bouvet Crémant De Loire Brut Excellence 2018
This Crémant de Loire Blanc is made to express harmony and delicacy. Gold with amber hints. Delightful flower, pear & apple aromas. The palate is fresh and well balanced with a pleasing mousse.
A Loire Valley sparkling wine made with 20% Chardonnay and 80% Chenin Blanc, the Loire’s own grape Chenin Blanc is uniquely suited to the wonderful limestone and clay soils of the Loire Valley.
Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut Champagne
Notes of almond and fresh hazelnut accompany the precise ascent of its bubbles. It is lively, subtle, and light, leaving a deliciously incisive sensation of smoothness, marked by the pureness of fresh pear and apple and a delicate hint of citrus fruits.
50% Pinot Noire, 30% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay & 25% reserve wines.
Aveleda Alvarinho 2019
Pale yellow with hints of gold. Discreet aromas of grapefruit, lime, tropical fruits, and white flowers. On the palate this wine is incredibly structured and smooth, revealing more prominent notes of orange skin and orange tree flowers.
Chamisal Vineyards Stainless Chardonnay Central Coast 2019
Aromas of lime zest, green apple, passionfruit, and a light floral note. The palate showcases the ability of a chardonnay to be crisp but retain opulence without the influence of oak with a surprisingly round entry followed by long, linear acidity. The finish is clean with a hint of salinity.
Château La Freynelle Bordeaux Blanc 2020
Brilliant straw color. Lovely Fruit nose of white peaches, citrus fruits, and beeswax. Elegant, charming palate with good fruit flavors and a smooth buttery finish.
60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon, and 10% Muscadelle.
Pink light salmon color. An intense fruity aroma and a fresh hint of strawberries, with barely a touch of effervescence. Soft and refreshing with good structure.
50% Syrah, 50% Aragonez.
J. Bouchon País Viejo 2020
“Old Country” is a wine with history. Made with País grapes from over 100-year-old gobelet vines planted in the dry-farmed, coastal region of Maule. Bright cherry color. A very juicy, fresh, light, and honest wine with aromas of strawberry, wildflowers, and sour cherry.
100% naturally-vinified using century-old winemaking techniques, including the use of the zaranda (a structure made of sticks to destem the grape clusters). The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks to preserve the wine’s authentic expression of terroir.
Iris Vineyards Pinot Noir 2017
Full bodied, rich, and fruit-forward, the flavors of black cherry and roasted walnuts come through but remain firmly anchored in thick tannins. Dark and toasty, this is a chewy and tannic wine with enough muscle to tackle rich seafoods or grilled meats. The wine remained in barrel for about 10 months before bottling and has a stronger French oak influence than any other Iris Pinot Noirs.
100% Pinot Noir
J. Bouchon Block Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Intense bright ruby red. Aromas of red currant, cassis, jam, dried herbs, and coffee. The spice comes out on the palate with notes of cherry, currant, and a touch of vanilla. It is juicy and finishes with smooth tannins. The J. Bouchon Block Series Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Mingre, a dry coastal area in the Maule Valley. It is aged for 12 months in French oak.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
La Gioiosa Moscato
Translated into “The Joyful”, this lightly effervescent wine is a pale straw yellow with an intensely fruity and aromatic bouquet that is reminiscent of exotic fruit. Sweet and round in the mouth, with a persistent, pleasant fruity aftertaste.
