What’s for Breakfast?

Guests enjoy a first-class breakfast with most items made in-house, including breads, yogurt, sausage, black beans, and more. Main dishes can include Egg Roulade with Mushrooms and Roasted Tomatoes; Strawberry, Banana, & Chocolate French Toast; Chorizo Frittata with Spinach, Tomatoes & Cheese; or any variety of dishes. Our goal is to delight guests with new surprises and combinations. But if that isn’t to your liking (because sometimes you just might want scrambled eggs) we will do our best to accommodate your special needs. Many of our regular items are or can be made gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan, so let us know.

Breakfast is served at 9:00 am, and guests are served individually. With 3,200 square feet inside the house, a wrap-around porch, and other places to sit and eat throughout our 1-acre property, there is plenty of room to social distance. Each room also has a table and chairs if you’d rather eat in your room. Just let us know where you are, so we can bring your tray to you!

If you’re leaving early to hike Big Bend or to explore the nearby towns, let us know the day before and we can prepare a take-along breakfast that will be available before you go.

In addition to breakfast, there is always a variety of snacks, coffee, and cold soft drinks available.
