Castle Rock is our most romantic lodging option at Alpine Bed and Breakfast. As one of our largest lodging accommodations, it features a bright southern exposure with windows on three sides to soak up the West Texas sun. Both the bedroom and the expansive bathroom showcase original historic fireplaces, now updated with electric heater inserts for cozy ambiance.
The bathroom highlights the true history of our nearly 140-year-old Victorian estate. Carved out of two original bedrooms, this large ensuite features a modern walk-in shower alongside an antique clawfoot soaking tub. The tub directly faces the fireplace, which still retains its original mantle and Frank Lloyd Wright-style glazed tile from a bygone era.
